Fillmed M‑HA 18 is a high-performance hyaluronic acid gel designed for superficial skin rejuvenation. This sterile, biodegradable formulation is isotonic and viscoelastic with no BDDE cross-linker present. It’s ideal for treating fine lines, such as crow’s feet, smoker’s lines, and peri-oral wrinkles. It also enhances skin radiance, reduces dehydration, and improves tone on the face, neck, décolleté, and hands. The high molecular weight (~3 MDa) HA supports long-lasting plumping and hydration. Administer via superficial dermal micro‑injections using a 30–32 G needle. A typical protocol includes 3–6 sessions spaced one month apart. Maintenance is recommended every six months. Results appear from the first treatment and last around 2–6 months, with visible improvements in skin density and firmness.
