What is the parallel market?

The parallel market involves the trade of genuine, non-counterfeit products sourced outside a brand’s official distribution network. These items are authentic, made by the brand owner or an authorized manufacturer, but obtained through independent intermediaries.

 

In the European Union, this practice is fully legal and regulated, supporting the principles of a free market where pricing is shaped by supply and demand.

Do you follow all legal requirements in the aesthetic industry?

Our products come with EC Certificates and Declarations of Conformity (DOC) to ensure complete traceability and safety. We are also registered with the Lithuanian State Medicines Control Agency (SMCA) for the import and export of medical devices.

Do you have sales representatives that sell through WhatsApp?

Yes, we fully comply with all regulations for Class III medical devices under the EU Medical Device Regulation (MDR). Where is your company and warehouse located?

Our main office and warehouse are located at Svitrigailos, Vilnius, Lithuania. We also maintain a dedicated facility with strict temperature and humidity control to ensure optimal storage and reliable fulfillment for our clients’ most sensitive products.

Can anyone buy the products?

We primarily serve wholesale companies and large clinics around the world (B2B). Please note that we do not sell directly to private individuals.

Do I need to create an account to place an order?

No account is needed to place your first order. Just add the products you’re interested in to your inquiry cart and send your request. Our sales team will review it and connect you with a key account manager who will help set up your account before your first order is processed.

Are your products genuine, and where do they come from?

All our products are 100% authentic, CE-certified medical devices. Most are manufactured and sourced within the European Community. Packaging may vary slightly depending on the manufacturer, but we always show the most up-to-date version available.

How much shelf life remains on the products when shipped?

Nearly all products shipped by Bioresus Aesthetics have at least 12 months of remaining shelf life. If any product has a shorter expiry date, we clearly state it online or inform you before shipping.

Can I find batch details and expiry information on your products?

Yes. Every medical device is batch-registered and includes expiry information for complete traceability. We follow the FEFO (First Expired, First Out) method and strictly maintain storage conditions between 2–25°C.

Do you work with price lists?

Pricing depends on your monthly order volume. Wholesale clients and clinics have different pricing levels based on demand.

Is there a minimum order quantity?

Yes. Our minimum order is typically 200 pieces, which equals a wholesale value of about €10,000 or more.

Can I cancel products on my order?

Yes, you can cancel items as long as the order hasn’t been processed yet.

 

Once you receive an email with your shipment notification, invoice, and packing slip, the order becomes binding.

 

If you need to cancel, please contact us as soon as possible.

 

If any products are out of stock, we’ll inform you within 1–2 days. You can then choose to wait, cancel, or exchange for another product of equal or lower value.

What is “handling fee”?

Our “Handling Fee” covers insurance of the products and administration fee.

Which payment methods does Bioresus Aesthetics accept?

We do not accept Visa, MasterCard, Maestro and Apple Pay. We accept only international bank transfers to our company bank account.

How much duties and taxes will I have to pay?

All prices exclude domestic taxes and duties. When your order arrives, local customs may require you to pay import duties, customs charges, and local sales taxes. These costs are the responsibility of the importer. We recommend checking with your local customs office to confirm total costs before finalizing your purchase.

 

If you’re ordering within the EU and have a valid VAT number, you won’t be charged any taxes or duties.

How often do you ship out orders?

We ship daily, Monday through Friday. Orders placed over the weekend are dispatched on the next business day unless stated otherwise.

Which countries does Bioresus Aesthetics ship to?

We deliver to most countries in Europe, Asia, and the Middle East. Please note that we do not ship to the United States.

Which courier company do you use to ship the order?

We ship all orders via DHL Express or Air Cargo for fast, secure delivery.

 

Estimated delivery times:

 

  • Within the EU: 2-3 business days from the date of dispatch
  • Outside the EU: 2-5 business days from the date of dispatch

 

Once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse, you will receive a tracking number, enabling you to track the delivery status.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping costs are based on package weight, volume, and destination. The exact cost will be displayed at checkout before you confirm your order.

How can I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number to follow your package online, from our warehouse to your destination.

My package has been held up by customs. What should I do?

As the importer, it’s your responsibility to be aware of your country’s import rules.

 

If your package is held by customs, please contact your local customs office to arrange release, or request that it be returned to us.

 

If import documents such as EC Certificates or Declarations of Conformity (DoC) are needed, contact us and we’ll provide them.

 

Refunds are issued once we receive the returned package. Please note that we cannot take responsibility for goods seized by customs.

When I have a claim, who do I contact?

Please contact us by e-mail here if you have a claim, and we will handle it according to the applicable rules and regulations.

Can I return an item?

Yes. Returns are accepted within 8 working days if:

 

  • The product contains manufacturing defects
  • The product was damaged upon arrival
  • The wrong product was delivered

Will I receive a full refund if I return my order?

Refunds are issued for eligible returns only. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. Please allow up to 30 working days for the refund to appear in your account. For faster resolution, you may also contact your bank directly.
